SPEND TIMEWITHYOUR PROVIDER

Kelly Tull

Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Certified Sexuality Counselor

Women deserve individualized, thoughtful, and unrushed care — and the education to truly understand their bodies.

Too often, women push through discomfort and bothersome symptoms, putting their own health last. My work, both in clinical care and community education, is rooted in changing that pattern. Making time and space for yourself is not selfish; it's essential to long-term health and wellbeing.

Education is central to my approach. I want my patients to feel informed, confident, and empowered in their care. No question is too small or too personal.

I aim to be a partner in your care, supporting you in advocating for yourself and taking command of your health with clarity and confidence.

FAQ

Answers to common questions about care, access, and what to expect.

How do I get started?

All new patients begin with a Discovery Call, a brief, 15-minute conversation to talk through your concerns, expectations, and goals. During this call I'll explain the services I provide, clarify visit types and pricing, and determine the best next step in care together.

Get started here.

What conditions do you treat?

I provide care for a wide range of women's health concerns, including sexual health and intimacy concerns, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, heavy or painful periods, chronic vulvar or vaginal symptoms, recurrent infections, and urinary concerns.

If you're unsure whether your concern falls within my scope, I recommend starting with a discovery call so we can discuss your symptoms and determine next steps together.

What is sexual health counseling?

Sexual health counselors are specially trained professionals, usually in the medical field, who provide a comfortable environment to discuss sexual concerns openly, educate clients, and offer specific suggestions related to the concern.

They are trained to address low sexual desire, pain with sex, questions about sexuality and sexual practices, inability to orgasm, difficulty with arousal, and sexual concerns related to perimenopause or menopause.

They also serve as sexual health educators.

What should I expect during my first sexual health counseling visit?

Your first visit is important to help understand and develop an action plan for your sexual health goals.

Many sexual health problems can be resolved with short-term, focused counseling; you should expect anywhere between 1–5 visits.

  • Collecting medical history and important social history
  • Discussing past or future relationships, medications, and/or medical conditions
  • Discussing specifics of current concerns
  • Education about sexual health
  • Medication prescription as needed

What can I expect during a perimenopause/menopause visit?

I provide individualized, evidence-based care for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including hot flashes, sleep changes, mood shifts, anxiety, sexual health concerns, and changes in energy or body composition.

Visits focus on education, symptom management, and shared decision-making. My goal is to help you understand what's happening in your body and feel confident in the options available to you.

Do you use lab testing?

Perimenopause and menopause are primarily clinical diagnoses based on symptoms, menstrual cycle changes, and health history. Hormone levels can fluctuate widely during perimenopause, which means lab testing is not always helpful to confirm the diagnosis.

When appropriate, lab testing may be used to evaluate specific concerns or rule out other conditions. During your visit, we'll talk through whether labs would add meaningful information and make decisions together based on your symptoms and goals.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

When appropriate, I do prescribe hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause, including estrogen and progesterone, following current clinical guidelines and individualized risk assessment.

Testosterone therapy may be considered in select cases when clinically indicated, after a thoughtful discussion of potential benefits, risks, and available evidence. Treatment decisions are always made collaboratively, with a focus on safety, education, and your personal health goals.

Do you accept insurance?

Venus Collective is a self-pay practice and does not accept commercial or state insurance. A detailed invoice (often called a superbill) can be provided for patients who wish to submit it to their insurance company or employer for possible reimbursement. Many patients also choose to use HSA or FSA funds.

This practice is committed to providing access to care. A limited sliding scale fee program is available for those who qualify, based on factors such as household size and income. If you would like to learn more or see if you qualify, please mention this during your discovery call or prior to your first paid visit.

How much are visits?

Visits are billed as flat rates based on appointment type.

Payment method is collected prior to your appointment using a credit or debit card, HSA, or FSA. Superbills are provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement.

Visit type and length are discussed during your discovery call to ensure clarity and fit.

  • Sexual Health Counseling Visit (55 minutes): $155

Where are you located, and who can you see for care?

In-person visits are available at my office in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Telehealth services are available to patients who live in Massachusetts. Patients from any state are welcome to schedule in-person visits.

If you're unsure which option is right for you, we can discuss this during your discovery call.
